Summer Giveaway

click to get a closer look!

I'm celebrating summer by giving away a tote filled with goodies for the beach. I'm giving away one of my reversible totes, a vintage flat sheet, do it yourself magazine, 4 chartreuse plastic cups, a fun red nail polish pen, some sunscreen, and a mini journal I have embellished. Yes, I'm giving it all away to one reader!

I'm celebrating new beginnings! My old banner was making you and I cringe for far too long, so finally, a new banner. I am also celebrating the restocking of my etsy shop. I'm excited to bring you many fun vintage items. And I'm going to be loading it up this week with mini books with different themes. I'll be doing a camping theme, a summer fun theme, and a travel theme.

Here are some fun things in the shop right now:

Isn't this just the cutest woodland Smokey the bear fabric? (sold in record time) I love it!

I also have some of my budget bags in the shop. I left them blank so I can customize them however you would like. I can stamp anything you desire on them.

To enter the drawing for the summer bag, simply leave a comment telling me something inspiring you right now- new music, a fun blog, a good etsy shop, a great movie, anything you would like. And please don't be shy. Even if you have never commented before don't be afraid. You don't need a blogger account, you can just leave an anonymous comment and just tell me your name. I'll draw a winner next Monday. Good luck!

Hi Becca, I'm inspired by the new art studio at ILC. I can't wait to see what inspiring work will be created by future students now that we have a [gorgeous] space of our own.

I'm currently inspired by Lake Superior. I brought a sketch book to the north shore and being by the lake got me inspired to sketch.

oops, forgot to say what inspires me--all the blogs out here in blogland are probably my biggest inspiration. Whether it's to make a craft, cook up a new recipe, or whatever, I love the photos and words of bloggers I read.

Hey Becca!!! I am hoping all is well with you. I haven't talked to you in such a LONG time. I got a teaching job for this next year so Thursday is my last day of working at the scrapbook store. I cannot believe how busy life has been! I have been inspired a lot lately by different creative blogs...so fun to browse!

Oh my! Your blog is so inspiring. I am visiting from the party and I think you have a guest that will become a regular visitor. Lets see what is inspiring me? I did an artist date today and am going to upload it tomorrow on my blog. Its a sculpture type creation that was at the local museum made out of all things plastic...full of bright colors. So cute!!

PS; i love your etsy shop and am currently getting mine under way.

What a great idea! Right now I am inspired by a new radio station I found in Oshkosh-all 1920s jazz with no annoying d.j.'s!

Becca, I am always inspired by your latest projects and I'm very proud of all the new crafts you try and master so well. I was recently inspired by a a small knitting shop on the coast of Lake Superior. On the second floor was a small balcony where the owner can sit and knit while watching looking out at the lake.
