Here's To Hoping

I made this today in the hope that by looking at it, it will help.  Go ahead, make fun of me- but in Stephen Covey's book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" the first thing he talks about is being reactive to the weather.  Guilty as charged.  "Reactive people are often affected by their physical environment.  If the weather is good, they feel good.  If it isn't, it affects their attitude and their performance.  Proactive people can carry their own weather with them.  Whether it rains or shines makes no difference to them."  So I'm reactive, so what?  Will I finish this book- probably not!

This is my view pretty much every day around here.  Of course, the irony is when I finished making my little card the sun poked it's little head out, yay!
This is my where I used to live.  It was cloudy most of the time, but when it wasn't it was a nice little view.
This was the view from my van.  Ah, Colorado.  It was rarely cloudy there.
This was my view in another part of Colorado.  It was freezing, but the sun did shine.
I don't have a picture of my Denver view.  You would see the back of a ghetto strip mall, not a pretty view.  And then there was Wisconsin, I don't know if I have an outside view there either.  This reminds me, I want to make a book of all the places we have lived.  All of our weird little homes.

Hmmm, it's great to hear that you won't be finishing the book that I bought for you for your birthday, I'm glad that was a good purchase. O well here's to used book sales so that the few bucks wasn't a huge waste of money, just kidding. And hey you know me I love rainy and cloudy days, we could trade places, it's been so bright here,I think I'm going blind from the reflections off of the snow. But then again if you did trade with me you would be in WI and I think it would be much better to be in WA. I miss ya Bek.
